These people, unlike many references, have a knowledge of our company in a way most homeowners that have had their roof done by a company do not when it comes to providing a reference for a job well done. 

The reason why these references are better? Time. These references provide you with is a timeline of our roofs. They can tell you how our roofs are doing that were put on 5, 10, 15, and even 20 years ago.

These are not the same as your next door neighbor that just had his roof put on (even up to 5 years ago) saying they know a great roofing company. There are failing points on a roof that when done improperly may last that long and then fail before visibly showing a leak. Furthermore, some of the common mistakes by other companies completely void the manufacturer warranty of your roof from day 1. 

In other words, if it gets done wrong, you will end up having to pay for an entire roof again because the shingle manufacturer will not cover roofs that were not installed properly. We end up having to tear off roofs every year that are only a year old too, so there are companies in our area not installing roofs properly though they would lead you to believe differently.
